Self Pay Rates

    • Initial Consultation (90 minutes) | $135

    • Established Patient (50 minutes) | $95

    • Formula Consultation (30 min): $50

    • Herb Granules: $0.35/gm

    • Raw or Bulk Herbs: $0.10/gm

    Please note that prices may vary based on the form of medicine (e.g., raw vs. pills or granules), dosage, and the use of expensive herbs.

    Additionally, prescriptions are not included in the acupuncture treatment price. The cost of prescriptions can range from $20 to $60.

    This service is not covered by insurance.

Insurance

We are not in-network with any insurance providers. However, we have applied to be in-network with several providers (Providence, Trillium, PacificSource & BCBS). We will issue you a superbill and receipt for all visits, which you can submit to your insurance company. 

You may use FSA and HSA funds to pay for medical acupuncture services.
