Nope. There's no membership and no recurring fee. You pay per visit. Procedures, labs, and imaging are priced separately but will be discussed upfront when you need them.

No. Primary care services are charged at a flat rate. Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine is a different line of service and works with some insurances.

Dr. Motl can serve as your primary care physician for routine and ongoing care. It’s not designed for urgent same-day needs or emergencies. For those situations, call 911 or visit urgent care.

Yes. We can send prescriptions to your pharmacy and order labs for you through Fullscript at discounted self-pay prices. Some medications, including controlled substances, may require an in-person visit, regular follow-ups, or a referral.

Honestly, this can be highly individual. New medications or abnormal labs may require more frequent follow up, while stable chronic conditions may not need to be seen as often. Treatment plans will be created with shared decision-making.

Like your visits, labs and other services are self-pay. We order labs through Fullscript, which offers discounted self-pay pricing — so you'll know the cost up front, with no surprise bills. Your sample is collected and processed at the lab directly, with results sent back to us to review together. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Any outside services such as imaging or specialist referrals are billed directly by those providers at their own rates.

Video visits are available to patients located in Oregon at the time of their appointment. In-office visits take place at our Eugene clinic.

Many patients see both Dr. Motl and Dr. Bustillo. Because it's one clinic, your care can be coordinated so it feels like a single plan rather than two separate practices.
