We order labs through Fullscript at discounted self-pay prices. Your sample is collected and processed at the lab directly — not in our office — and results come back to us to review together. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy; some medications, including controlled substances, may require an in-person visit, regular follow-ups, or a referral.

New Patient Visit. $250
45–60 min · telehealth, in-office as needed
Your first visit to establish care. We review your full history and current medications, talk through your goals, and build a plan together. Vitals, a physical exam, and lab work are arranged in person when needed. Oregon residents only.
Follow-up Visit. $150
30 min · telehealth, in-office as needed
For established patients: ongoing care for a chronic condition, a focused new concern, reviewing results, adjusting medications, and prescription refills. Oregon residence only.
Excludes the cost of lab and imaging services.

Dr. Motl can serve as your primary care physician for routine and ongoing care. Because the practice is telehealth-first, with in-office visits when needed, it’s not designed for urgent same-day needs or emergencies. For those situations, call 911 or visit urgent care.

No. Primary care services are charged at a flat rate. Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine is a different line of service and works with some insurances.
