For Clinicians & Specialists

Together, we can help people feel better in their bodies.

Referring a Patient
We understand that helping others requires a team of dedicated individuals. That is why we always welcome referrals from primary care and specialty clinicians seeking grounded acupuncture and evidence-informed integrative options for symptom support and whole-person care. We provide care that complements—not replaces—medical evaluation and treatment.

How to Refer

  • Send your patient to schedule online: https://www.meaningfulclinic.com/

  • Fax referral note to: 1- (844) 408-0431

  • For time-sensitive coordination: 1-(541) 600-4326

If you’d like to consult about whether a patient is a good fit, we’re glad to help.

What We Treat Most Often

We often treat patients navigating complex, persistent symptoms who benefit from an additional layer of care.

  • Chronic pain & complex pain patterns: neck/back pain, headaches/migraine support, myofascial pain, chronic tension, centralized/persistent pain patterns, post-injury recovery

  • Mental wellness & stress physiology: anxiety, insomnia, somatic stress symptoms, burnout, nervous system dysregulation support (adjunctive, not a substitute for mental health care)

  • Reproductive health & fertility support: painful or irregular cycles, PMS/PMDD support, PCOS/endometriosis symptom support, perimenopause/menopause symptoms, fertility adjunct care alongside OB/GYN, reproductive or fertility specialists

  • LGBTQ+ care: inclusive, trauma-aware care with attention to gender-affirming language, body autonomy, and reducing healthcare stress for patients who have felt dismissed or misunderstood

How We Work (and what you can expect)
We provide structured, individualized care plans with clear goals and transparent expectations. We track functional outcomes (pain, sleep, mood, cycle symptoms, digestion, energy, daily function, and labs if needed) and adjust treatment based on response. We encourage ongoing medical follow-up for red-flag symptoms, complicated diagnostic workups, medication management, and specialty care.

Coordination & Communication
With patient consent, we’re happy to coordinate care and send brief updates (initial impressions, plan, response trends, and referral-back concerns). We also welcome relevant labs/imaging summaries or recent chart notes if you believe they’ll improve continuity. We will do the same.
