You are complex, and we know that.

Health is rarely one-size-fits-all. Your body is complex, and different concerns often require different tools and perspectives. Our role is to help you put those pieces together—offering practical, evidence-informed support so you can feel better, stay active, and keep doing what you love.

Our Services

acupuncture needles

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a clinical therapy from traditional East Asian medicine that uses very thin, sterile needles at specific points on the body. We tailor each treatment to your symptoms and goals and may combine approaches—such as traditional and orthopedic/neuromuscular needling, scalp or auricular acupuncture, trigger point or scar work, cosmetic acupuncture, and electrical stimulation as appropriate.

Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine is a core component of East Asian medicine and is used in our clinic as a targeted, individualized therapy. We select and adjust formulas based on your health history, current symptoms, and clinical pattern assessment. Rather than one-size-fits-all remedies, these prescriptions are designed to address specific treatment goals and are monitored over time for response, tolerability, and safety.

Myofascial Therapy

Myofascial therapy is a valuable technique specifically designed to alleviate and prevent soft tissue pain and restricted movement stemming from muscle or myofascial dysfunction. By integrating a range of effective methods such as tuina massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, guasha, and tailored corrective exercises, myotherapy addresses musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction head-on.

Vitamin & Supplements

We can help you make sense of vitamins and supplements—what’s worth considering, what’s likely unnecessary, and what could interact with medications. When there’s an evidence-informed reason to use a supplement (or when your labs, symptoms, diet, or life stage suggest it may help), we’ll recommend options that fit your treatment goals. If supplements aren’t likely to move the needle, we’ll tell you that too. When appropriate, we’ll coordinate with your primary or specialty provider.

We believe that symptoms are not isolated problems—they are meaningful signals.

Specialty Care

  • We offer reproductive health and fertility support for cycle and hormonal concerns, pelvic and reproductive discomfort, and family-planning goals at any stage. Care may include acupuncture and, when appropriate, evidence-informed herbal medicine, along with practical nutrition support. Treatment is consent-based and trauma-aware, using non-assumptive language about bodies, gender, and relationships. When helpful, we collaborate with your gynecologist, midwife, or fertility specialist to build an integrative plan tailored to you.

  • We offer complementary treatments for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia. Our holistic approach helps balance both body and mind. By regulating the nervous system, we promote the release of mood-enhancing chemicals like serotonin and endorphins, which can help calm the nervous system. Our treatments can be combined with traditional methods, such as psychotherapy and medication.

  • We offer a comprehensive, drug-free approach to pain management designed to improve your quality of life. Acupuncture, manual therapies, and herbal medicines can be used alone or alongside other treatments as supportive therapies, providing greater relief and enhancing overall well-being.

  • LGBTQ+ community care is not a separate service here—it’s part of how we practice.

We provide thoughtful, respectful care for LGBTQ+ patients across a wide range of health concerns, including stress, pain, hormonal health, and nervous system regulation.

Our clinic uses inclusive language and trauma-aware practices. Patients are welcome to share names, pronouns, and personal information at their comfort level. Care is collaborative, confidential, and grounded in clinical competence.

“There are only a handful of healthcare providers I can genuinely say have changed my life for the better—Dr. Bustillo is one of them. From the very first visit, he made me feel like family. I came into acupuncture with a degree of skepticism about how much it could help me, but Dr. Bustillo taught me patience and how to begin trusting my body again. Not only did he heal my physical symptoms, but he was also incredibly intuitive and responsive to my emotional well-being.”
